Job Description

Candidate will serve as a senior level Information Assurance Manager (IAM) supporting Department of Defense (DoD) Cybersecurity regulations. Candidate will:

  • Provide support to IAM in the cybersecurity development of tactical and test systems in order to achieve an Authority to Operate (ATO)/Interim Authority to Operate (IATO), Interim Authority to Test (IATT) under the Department of
  • Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and the future Risk Management Framework (RM) process.
    Provide expertise and recommendations to the Designated Approving Authority (DAA).

Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support to the acquisition of Certificate of Networthiness (CoN) and maintain the CoN Repository for systems you are assigned. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IA functions to include Ports, Protocols and Service Management (PPSM), Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM), Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), TEMPEST and Clinger-Cohen Act Compliance. Prepare IA materials and submit documentation to support accreditation requirements. Have specialized experience in support of IA policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must meet requirements levied within DODD 8570.1 INFORMATION ASSURANCE (IA) TRAINING, CERTIFICATION, AND WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT with a minimal Security Plus certification
  • Have knowledge of US Army regulations, regarding the IA accreditation process, including expertise in obtaining Authority to Operate (ATO) and Interim Authority to Operate (IATO) for Army systems
  • Possess a Master’s Degree with associated background skills
  • Have good written and oral communication skills
  • Have a minimum 5 years Information Assurance experience
  • Be able to obtain/maintain the required DoD security clearance
  • Have ACAS/NESSUS/SCAP configuration and scanning experience
  • Have CISSP certification
